9.1 ".cr" Domain Name Conflict Resolution Policy Under the assumption that the domain name is registered, the domain-name Holder agrees to abide to by the ".cr"Domain Name Conflict Resolution Policy (including the Rules for ".cr" Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy and any other applicable Provider's Supplemental Rules) which is incorporated by reference into the ".cr"" Top-Level Domain Policy, which is an integral part thereof. See the ".cr" Domain Name Conflict Resolution Policy Ruless of the ".cr" Domain Name Conflict Resolution Policy at http://www.nic.cr/niccr_publico/showPoliticasScreen.do A domain-name holder agrees that any dispute with any third party arising out of the registration and use of the domain name other than that set forth in the ".cr" Domain Name Conflict Resolution Policyshall be decided between the domain-name Holder and such third party through any court, arbitration, or proceeding that may be available. Thus amended by the publication in La Gaceta No. 237 of December 7th, 2009. 9.2. Disputes between NIC INTERNET Costa Rica and the Domain-name Holder. Any controversy, disagreement, or claim arising out of this Agreement and of any amendment thereof or related in any way to this document, including, in particular, the construction, validity, obligation, interpretation, implementation, non-compliance, or termination as well as any non-contractual claims shall be submitted to arbitration pursuant to the provisions of Law No.7727 on "Alternate Conflict Resolution and the Promotion of Social Peace" (Ley No 7727 Resolución Alterna de Conflictos y Promoción de la Paz Social.) and submitted to the Costa Rican Chamber of Commerce Center for Conciliation and Arbitration (Centro de Conciliación y Arbitraje de la Cámara de Comercio de Costa Rica.) The arbitration proceeding shall take place in Costa Rica. The language that shall be used in the arbitration proceeding shall be the official language of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any controversy, disagreement, or claim shall be decided in accordance with the substantive law of the Republic of Costa Rica. Thus amended by the publication in La Gaceta No. 237 of December 7th, 2009. 9.3. Notification of Controversies, Disputes, Complaints, Claims, and/or Decisions to the Domain-name Holder. Any notification to the domain-name holder related to any controversies, disputes complaints, claims, and/or decisions pursuant to the Dispute Policy in effect shall be deemed validly delivered and notified through any reasonably available means or measures for that matter, by sending:
