The Policies for the Operation of the ".cr" Top-Level Domain herein shall be amended or superseded by the National Academy of Sciences at its sole discretion. As of now, any user of the service provided by the National Academy of Sciences through NIC INTERNET Costa Rica hereby unconditionally acknowledges and agrees with the new policies that shall be set forth without any restrictions whatsoever.
