A Domain Name transfer will only be allowed in accordance with Article 9 of this document.

NIC-Internet Costa Rica will give the beneficiary a 30-calendar day period to purchase the domain in question. After that date, the Domain Name will be available for anyone who would like to purchase it. The 30-day deadline will begin after the effective date of Article 4.k of thRules for the ".cr" Domain Name Conflict Resolution Policy or the judgment date.
